All domestic orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Shipping and treatment rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping terminus. You will get the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout, if applicable, after you make available the shipping address for your order.
All orders are administered from our own warehouse in Gurgaon, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
Our delivery associates will attempt to deliver the package before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order more rapidly.
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master card, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
Nonetheless, if the product is improperly delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a sincere quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to encompassing re-fulfilling your order. The right product will be delivered to the customer within 7 to 10 working days. In such cases, if the customer requires a refund, the customer is requested to drop us an email on myperfumeinfo@gmail.com
Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. No refunds will be given if the customer has provided wrong / incomplete shipping address or the package is refused by the recipient.
