Where are you shipping?

We are shipping to all cities in India !

How long does the shipping take?

The order will be delivered within four days of dispatch. 

Who is you shipping provider?

Our shipping provider is Delhivery. 

How much does the shipping cost?

There is no extra cost for shipping, though there will be an extra charge of Rs 50 for CoD services. 

Will you use my PayPal shipping address, when paying with PayPal?

No. We are shipping to the shipping address you selected on our checkout page. This address may differ from your billing address. Please also check the shipping address in your confirmation email. 

Can I select a different shipping address?

Yes. On the Checkout page please unselect the checkbox "Ship to the same address". You then will be able to submit a shipping address that differs from your billing address. 

Which payment methods do you offer?

Are these payment methods secure?

Yes. All payment data are transferred via SSL-secured connection. For highest data security, we are PCI-compliant.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please send an email to info@myperfume.co, with your order reference number. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn't sent before the item is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

How do I create my own perfume on your website?

My Perfume has developed an innovative fragrance system, which allows you to create your own perfume online. It's a simple 5 - click process, where based on your personality and your taste we create a perfume. You can further customize the bottles as per your likes. 

How do I know, that my custom perfumes smells pleasant?

We have developed our fragrances through experience. Our evaluators follow the latest olfactory trends in the market. In this way, they have an impact on the creation of different fragrances.

What it the quality of your fragrances?

At My Perfume, we are obsessive about quality: the quality of our products and the quality of our client relationships (flexibility and efficiency). We have put in place strict procedures to ensure the quality of our raw materials and production units. This ensures that every product is traceable, and of course My Perfume complies fully with all regulations on health and safety and the environment. We only provide premium quality fragrances. We receive our essences from longtime European partners, mainly in southern France, Spain and Italy. All fragrances are uncritical to apply on your skin and IFRA- compliant (International Fragrance Association).

Which perfume bottles sizes do you offer?

We are offering 100ml bottles, in various shapes. 

What to do if I receive a broken parcel?

In this case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will make sure to find a proper solution.

Can you wrap my perfume as a gift?

No, we do not provide this facility at the moment, but our perfumes come in a specially designed box, which can be used for gifting purposes.

Do you wear perfume on clothes or body?

Perfumes are supposed to be worn on the body, generally on the pulse points, e.g. Inside of the wrists, back of the neck, behind the ears, etc. The warmth of the body makes the perfume blossom to the fullest. Wearing perfumes on clothes will not give the   warmth of the pulse points and hence the fragrance will not last long.

Are there any animal ingredients in the perfumes?

No. All our perfumes are free of animal ingredients. Nor are they tested on any animals.
